📋 Description

• Own Parexel's AI adoption posture, determining what gets emphasized, when, and to whom • Curate the AI communications and education calendar according to strategic priorities • Lead translation of technical AI concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences • Serve as the technical-accuracy check on AI messaging across Parexel • Brief Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, and SPOC/change ambassador networks on AI direction and updates • Oversee AI education programming, including lunch and learns, speaker series, role-based learning paths, and topical sessions • Partner with Learning & Development on delivery infrastructure, including Cornerstone and internal learning platforms • Triage, prioritize, and allocate team capacity for AI-related needs from partner organizations • Lead a team responsible for adoption liaison, translation, and education programming • Develop the team's AI fluency and translation skills over time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; field flexible (technical, communications, organizational psychology, or related) • Advanced degree in a related field preferred • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across formats (briefings, presentations, written content, working sessions) • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills, especially with change management, communications, and learning organizations • Sound judgment in curating what messages reach which audiences at what time • Comfortable as the AI subject-matter authority in non-technical settings and deferring to subject-matter experts when appropriate • Strong demonstrable experience in high-level Director-level roles combining technology and communications, such as adoption leadership, technical product marketing, or technology-program change management • Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts • Experience partnering with organizational change management, learning and development, and corporate communications functions • Familiarity with adoption metrics and operational definitions of adoption, including active usage, integrated workflow, and demonstrated value • Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or financial services preferred
