📋 Description

• Oversee a team of high-level individual contributors or managers • Ensure successful, timely, high-quality delivery of organizational project deliverables • Resource client projects with suitably developed professionals and retain and develop staff • Promote new business through project bids and client presentations • Provide consultation to project teams • Monitor project performance and documentation with project, functional, and client leadership • Contribute as a senior project team member when assigned, including status reporting and project meetings • Provide expertise, facilitate metrics collection, and develop action plans to keep projects on time and within budget • Manage team and departmental resourcing, assignments, quality control, and delivery efficiency • Produce and monitor project resourcing plans • Provide executive oversight of large projects where applicable • Provide technical support, performance oversight, training coordination, and talent development • Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate skilled teams • Participate in performance and salary reviews and develop management pipelines • Generate business leads, support proposals, and act as local client contact when required • Participate in system, standards, process improvement, change management, and quality initiatives • Maintain productivity, billability, compliance, project resourcing, departmental metrics, and stakeholder relationships • Maintain compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs • Model teamwork, communication, leadership, and effective line management

🎯 Requirements

• Significant work experience, including substantial management experience, in the clinical research industry • Educated to degree level in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline, or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical equivalent experience • Fluent knowledge of Czech and English • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation experience • Flexible attitude toward assignments and new learning • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong computer knowledge, including CTMS, EDMS, EDC, IWRS, and MS Office • Experience working in a matrix environment • Ability to manage managers and lead a global virtual team • Ability to manage a full workload across multiple projects and tasks and prioritize with attention to detail • Outstanding negotiation, influencing, and organizational skills • Client-focused approach • Ability to manage and motivate direct reports and the wider team • Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory agency requirements, and Parexel SOPs • Ability to travel as needed
