âą Oversee logistics aspects of designated projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery of supplies âą Support development of project-specific logistics strategies âą Execute clinical logistics procedures, including kit design and laboratory material sourcing âą Manage lab kit manufacturing and distribution of study documents and materials âą Communicate daily with clinical teams, sites, and vendors âą Participate in regular study team meetings âą Track and report logistics study metrics âą Track, check, and compile invoices to support financial control âą Supervise transportation, import, and export of biological samples âą Manage collection and analysis of laboratory samples âą Perform laboratory data management and report lab results to sites âą Support central filing and final archiving in accordance with regulatory requirements
âą Understanding of the regulatory framework of clinical trial supplies and ICH-GxP guidelines âą Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities âą Result-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and high-energy approach to work âą Credible team player with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in local language a plus âą Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence and gain collaboration from key stakeholders âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) âą Strong client focus and ability to build rapport with culturally diverse groups at multiple levels âą Flexibility and capability to manage change and ambiguity âą Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative problem-solving skills and sense of urgency âą Demonstrated experience in clinical logistics or related field within the biopharmaceutical industry or general logistics âą Proven multinational work experience âą Vocational or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in biology, pharmacy, health-related discipline, international trade, logistics, or related field âą Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree requirements
