âą Leads Local Study Team(s) (LSTs) at country level to deliver committed components of clinical studies. âą Ensures that sites are identified, qualifications performed, and documentation archived. âą Oversees and coordinates monitoring activities from site activation through to study closure. âą Develops, maintains, and reviews risk management plans on country study level.
âą Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or other related fields (Medical Affairs-led or Academic-led studies). âą Good knowledge of international guidelines ICH GCP as well as relevant local regulations. âą Excellent organizational skills. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills. âą Proficient in written and spoken English language required. âą Fluency in local language(s) required.
