📋 Description
• Leads Local Study Team(s) at country level • Overall responsibility for study commitments and data delivery • Coordinates site selection process • Manages and coordinates monitoring activities • Develops and reviews risk management plans
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or other related fields • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams • Excellent project management skills • Excellent organizational skills • Proficient in written and spoken English • Fluency in local language(s) required
