• Evaluate resource requirements for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and changes to project teams • Consider timing, required hours, overall experience and therapeutic-area experience when evaluating resources • Track proposed and confirmed assignments • Follow up on bid defense outcomes and proposal start dates • Respond to replacement needs arising from leave or changes in study teams • Develop and track Project Management resourcing metrics • Contribute to improvements in resource-planning tools, databases and change initiatives • Identify and coordinate talent for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and ongoing project needs
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in finance, business, information technology, or a related field; candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree may also be considered • Relevant professional experience in a corporate, international-company or international-team environment • Strong computer and internet skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish • Ability to interpret resource demand, capacity and forecasting information • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and influence and negotiate resource decisions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual, matrix environment
