📋 Description

• Coordinate team members and activities across studies • Liaise with project teams to ensure site payment setup and payments are effectively managed • Manage payments for assigned studies • Manage payment setup and modifications in the investigator payment system aligned with budget templates • Assist project planning and decision-making processes • Provide proactive support across projects and assigned tasks • Serve as accountable lead and point of contact for Site Payment Services queries • Collaborate with Project Leadership, Global Site Contracts, eClinical Business Implementation, Global Clinical Operations, and Site Payment Services teams • Represent Investigator Payment in study start-up and payment strategy meetings • Lead and follow up on audits and inspections • Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, metrics, and expenses • Collect and analyze information from teams, systems, and tools • Analyze and present data to stakeholders • Train Site Payment Services team members • Identify and implement process efficiencies • Manage end-to-end site payments • Monitor and communicate site payment status and issues • Authorize study setups before payments begin • Resolve escalated second-line helpdesk issues • Assist with project status reports • Ensure appropriate funding before administering payments • Participate in Project Strategy Meetings and contribute to payment strategy planning • Ensure compliance with contractual investigator payment timelines • Resolve payment discrepancies • Provide payment reports to customers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience preferred within a Clinical Research Organization; Business; Finance/Accounting; or other comparable experience • Experience supporting Clinical Site Payments • Advanced to excellent English level for non-native English speakers • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to make decisions and advise other staff in ambiguous situations • Root cause analysis and process development skills • Strong customer focus and professional interaction skills • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Expert MS Excel skills for spreadsheet analysis • Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a decentralized matrix environment • Knowledge of CRO industry fundamentals and Investigator Payments • Knowledge of clinical trial pricing/budgeting tools • Thorough knowledge of Parexel SOPs, Operational Guidelines, and Work Instructions • In-depth understanding of site payment setup and payment processes, including agreement analysis
