📋 Description

• Develop creative, cost-effective, high-quality clinical logistics strategies and business solutions • Craft solutions for sales campaigns and strategic clinical logistics opportunities • Collaborate with Parexel experts and cross-functional teams to address client requirements • Assess operational and financial risks, implementation requirements, scope assumptions, milestones, and budgets • Support sales targets, discovery sessions, proposals, bid pursuits, capabilities meetings, bid defenses, and client Q&A sessions • Provide clinical logistics subject matter expertise during the pre-award process • Support handover of awarded solutions to operational teams • Collaborate on post-award client issues and solution adjustments • Identify scope expansion and additional business opportunities with existing clients • Advise sponsors and internal teams on competitive solution models • Translate complex clinical logistics concepts into clear recommendations • Incorporate client feedback and market requirements into solution development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Multiple years of experience in the life sciences industry • Clinical trial logistics expertise, including clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/or laboratory logistics • Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, operational, or logistics strategies • Experience designing, operationalizing, and successfully delivering solutions globally • Experience collaborating across operational and commercial teams to develop client-focused solutions • Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop operational and technical strategies, risk assessments, scenario plans, and business solutions • Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel up to 30% • Advanced degree preferred
