📋 Description

• Manage financial setup and day-to-day financial oversight of assigned projects • Develop and review internal and client budgets, including updates and changes in scope • Analyze revenue, forecasting, profitability, and financial performance metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including project teams, finance, and contracts • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including revenue recognition and new business tracking • Facilitate pricing discussions and provide financial guidance to internal teams • Ensure compliance with financial processes, SOPs, and contractual requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or similar role • Experience supporting project financial management and reporting • Fluency in English • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred) and Master's degree is an asset
