⢠Support the Supply & Logistics Project Manager with developing and applying study-specific supply chain strategy, including sourcing and distribution strategy and technical management for Clinical Trial Supply and Logistics projects ⢠Apply and execute supply chain activities to achieve client satisfaction and deliver projects/programs on time, to budget, to the highest quality, and in compliance with ICH GCP and GxP ⢠Execute the Clinical Trial Supply & Logistics strategy on the project ⢠Engage with the Supply & Logistics Project Manager to develop logistics concepts and solutions ⢠Monitor study scope and progress to meet timelines and budgets, proactively managing and communicating changes and risks ⢠Ensure study-specific management tools and documents are in place ⢠Manage assigned project resources and ensure Clinical Trial Supply & Logistics staffing meets study requirements ⢠Manage pass-through costs, including controls and reporting for internal service fees and external providers ⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clinical supply, sourcing, and distribution strategies and required documentation ⢠Communicate with third-party providers and negotiate scope of work with procurement ⢠Develop and plan inventory according to strategy, quantities, and forecasts ⢠Develop supply schedules, obtain Clinical team feedback on study progress, adjust schedules, and provide feedback to depots ⢠Identify and initiate process improvements ⢠Mentor Clinical Supply Specialists and Clinical Supply Assistants

D.), in biology, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline, international trade, business administration, logistics, or relevant work experience
