📋 Description

• Design and implement core node infrastructure that powers the Polkadot network and the teams building applications on it • Collaborate with design and engineering teams and see direct impact of your work • Work on networking, syncing, and tooling that keep the network fast, reliable, and resilient

🎯 Requirements

• Work autonomously and solve problems independently • Collaborate with others in an open-source culture, work well with peer review as a reviewer and reviewee • Possess a good understanding of system design and an ability to work with complex systems • Take ownership of their work and be responsible for outcomes • Have good communication skills and can present work in “plain English” in blog posts or conferences
