📋 Description

• Build, implement and maintain Parloa’s Business Continuity Management System, including business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans for digital systems, operations and infrastructure • Strengthen Parloa’s resilience and overall security posture as part of IS&T Governance • Build the BCMS and lead it to ISO 22301 certification • Run gap analyses and define the BCMS framework, policies, procedures and guidelines • Lead the ISO 22301 certification process, including preparation for external audits • Identify and prioritise critical business processes through risk models and dependency and vulnerability mapping • Translate business impact analyses into tailored continuity strategies • Create and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans with recovery objectives, resources and recovery teams • Plan and run tabletop exercises, drills and simulations • Evaluate exercise results, close gaps and refine plans • Engage department heads and report progress, risks and milestones to senior management • Define BCMS KPIs and deliver resilience training and awareness programmes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including risk assessments and business impact analyses • Solid knowledge of implementing a Business Continuity Management System according to ISO 22301 • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, risk management and crisis response • Structured, execution-focused way of working, including building and following a clear project roadmap • Confident communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
