📋 Description

• Develop core APIs and backend services, primarily using Node.js and TypeScript • Deliver data and calculations quickly and efficiently • Implement intuitive API design and elegant data management • Scale backend systems and infrastructure for existing products • Validate new products, services, and ideas through MVPs • Take ownership of the internal API as a product in its own right • Debug and resolve production issues across the entire stack • Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes • Deliver scalable solutions that exceed customer expectations • Work closely with frontend, design, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience developing large-scale, scalable APIs and backends • Passion for API design, with clear interfaces and well-thought-out data models • Deep knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, or Kafka • High standards for stability, developer experience (DX), and performance • End-to-end ownership of projects through successful completion • Effective, proactive communication in German and English • Experience with financial, stock market, or crypto data (preferred additional qualification) • Experience with LLMs and agents, particularly in processing large volumes of data (preferred additional qualification) • Experience building backends specifically for complex data dashboards (preferred additional qualification)
