📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across multiple manufacturing clients • Manage project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards • Manage 3 to 4 projects concurrently • Lead projects through discovery, design, build, test, cutover, and go-live • Own project plans, RAIDD logs, financial tracking, change requests, and delivery status reporting • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery governance and status communications • Collaborate with MES consultants, Technical Architects, Technical Leads, Engineers, Quality Analysts, and client project teams • Conduct project kick-offs, establish governance structures, stakeholder maps, and meeting cadences • Support SOW creation and estimations • Coordinate project execution, sprint planning, backlog progress, and sprint reviews • Track deliverables, dependencies, scope, schedule, and quality metrics • Support SIT and UAT readiness • Develop and oversee cutover plans, environment readiness, and data migration • Coordinate go-live command center activities and communications • Manage stabilization/hypercare and lead project closure and transition to support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT project management • At least 3+ years leading MES or manufacturing system implementations • Strong command of planning, risk management, governance, change management, and multi-project delivery • Familiarity with agile approaches including sprints, backlogs, and velocity tracking • Familiarity with waterfall approaches including plans and milestones • Ability to work cross-functionally with architects, engineers, MES consultants, and client stakeholders • Skilled in managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and providing clear communication • Proficiency in project management and DevOps tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps
