📋 Description

• Own product direction and prioritization across integration and platform transformation workstreams. • Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints. • Work closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to shape requirements into scalable product and platform outcomes. • Lead backlog management, prioritization, and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and dependencies. • Identify risks, impacts, trade-offs, and potential breaking changes across consuming platforms and customer journeys. • Ensure teams have clear context, priorities, and decision-making support to deliver effectively. • Maintain visibility of roadmap progress, delivery risks, assumptions, and strategic decisions. • Support release planning and coordination across interconnected workstreams and platforms. • Balance long-term platform evolution with short-term business and delivery needs. • Contribute to improving product ways of working, delivery governance, and cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Product Lead within complex technology environments. • Experience working on travel, airline, loyalty, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital platforms. • Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams on platform or integration-heavy programmes. • Strong product backlog management and prioritization experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements, priorities, and solutions evolve over time. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience coordinating dependencies, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple teams and systems. • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear product direction and business outcomes. • Commercially and customer focused, with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset.
