📋 Description

• Work directly with leadership while specialising in one of five business areas • Take ownership of meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup • Support brand and marketing initiatives, content creation, campaigns, and market research • Support lead generation, outbound outreach, early-stage sales conversations, CRM updates, and pipeline management • Analyse financial, sales, marketing, and operational data; build dashboards and reports; develop automations and AI-assisted reporting • Support logistics lane launches, shipping analysis, carrier benchmarking, onboarding, shipment tracking, and process improvements • Support operational execution across orders, suppliers, and logistics; monitor order status and service levels; document workflows and maintain ERP/operations data • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, founders, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data, Engineering, Economics, or a related field • Strong English • German or French business fluency (C1) is a plus • Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment • Curiosity, proactivity, and growth mindset • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Eagerness to learn and contribute wherever a startup needs you
