📋 Description

• Team member on projects providing assistance to experienced building envelope consultants • Observe, document, and report construction conformity to project specifications • Perform roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure field observations • Assist with field investigations and condition assessments • Write summary and technical reports under supervision • Evaluate contractor performance to ensure deliverables and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 4+ years experience in a similar role • 2+ years AutoCAD/Revit experience are preferred • Knowledge of building materials and constructions processes • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
