• Lead the category strategy, performance, and execution of our multi-million dollar B2B healthcare parts catalog. • Oversee product selection & growth, supplier strategy including private-label & aftermarket penetration, P&L, cross-sell initiatives, and marketplace merchandising for core categories. • Partner closely with Catalog, Supplier Solutions, Sales, Demand Marketing, UX, and Product teams to ensure product strategy and category-level merchandising deliver measurable business impact. • Manage and grow a small team of vertically-oriented Category Managers with P&L responsibility within their assigned categories. • Define, execute, and measure the overall strategy of assigned categories across the PartsSource Marketplace. • Map the manufacturer and part supplier landscape and partner with internal departments to expand product selection. • Develop and implement SKU rationalization and growth strategies. • Prioritize development of compatible and exclusive parts to complement OEM availability. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize product detail content, positioning, bundling, and cross-sells. • Serve as SME for product selection, quality standards, and supplier fit. • Identify product gaps and partner with Supplier Solutions to close gaps through vendor evaluation & onboarding. • Lead the business case for private label parts in high-volume categories. • Leverage site analytics, customer feedback, and GMV/margin data to refine category strategies and improve marketplace performance. • Champion governance across the product lifecycle from SKU creation to deprecation. • Own key KPIs: OEM coverage, SKU count, revenue, GM%, fill rate, conversion rate, and catalog accuracy.
• 12+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, category & supplier management, or product strategy, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment. • 8+ years of team leadership experience, including performance management and cross-functional collaboration. • Experience in healthcare, industrial, or complex regulated categories preferred. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, margin targets, and operational complexity. • Proven track record of launching and scaling new product initiatives and optimizing product performance. • Experience working with eCommerce systems including Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Enterprise Resource Management (ERPs), and ecommerce analytics tools like PowerBI. • Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to lead through ambiguity and across departments. • Passion for marketplace growth, data-driven decision-making, and customer-focused problem solving. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
