📋 Description
• Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, understand challenges, and collaborate to define and implement solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and align with organisational goals. • Analyse how the technology integrates into the customer's business processes and technical infrastructure, define the impact on the operating model and users, understand data acquisition/pre-processing needs, and work with technical teams to deliver these requirements. • Assist and guide the customer on the technical implementation and configuration of client-side components. • Take ownership of or contribute to project management, ensuring multiple implementation work-streams are delivered on time and within budget. • Support organizational change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through technology adoption, facilitating understanding of the platform's value, and ensuring smooth integration. • Lead internal teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with the software development team by providing insights on customer feature requirements. • Assist the sales team during selected pre-sales activities with customer demonstrations and contribute to or lead proof-of-concept initiatives. • Facilitate high-level technical landscape and architecture discussions.
🎯 Requirements
• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Engineering, Business Administration, Management, etc.) • Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting experience is essential. • Proven track record in delivering high-impact consulting projects across diverse industries is essential. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Technically savvy, with familiarity in Cloud technologies, containerization, and infrastructure setup. • Strategic thinking, planning, and strong business acumen. • Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
