📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on revenue cycle strategy • Design and deliver scalable customer education programs • Act as the senior escalation point for complex revenue cycle questions • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer health • Build and lead RCM enablement programs • Develop and maintain authoritative RCM resources • Translate frontline customer insights into actionable product feedback • Partner on RCM thought leadership and educational content

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience in ABA therapy billing and revenue cycle operations • A track record in RCM consulting, advisory, or subject-matter-expert work • Deep fluency in payer processes, claims management, and denial workflows • Expertise with ABA billing software • Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching skills • Rigorous documentation and organizational skills • An analytical mindset • Ability to translate frontline customer needs into clear, actionable product feedback
