📋 Description

• Support day-to-day accounts payable operations. • Manage vendor communications and onboarding. • Process invoices and assist with month-end close activities. • Maintain accuracy while working with large data sets. • Analyze data to support financial operations. • Collaborate within finance team in a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. • 3-5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience with a US-based company. • Knowledge of US accounting principles and accounts payable best practices. • Experience managing vendor communications, onboarding, and issue resolution. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, Ramp, Salesforce, Tableau, NetSuite, Tipalti, or similar platforms. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
