• Lead and manage the accounts payable team to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and compliance • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation • Design and implement strong internal controls to prevent and mitigate risks in the AP, Procurement and Expense functions • Collaborate with other functions, such as Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, General Accounting and IT to ensure alignment and support for accounts payable and travel expense processes • Oversee the company’s travel expense management process and ensure compliance with corporate policies and efficient processing of travel-related expenses
• Extensive Accounts Payable Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role • Proven experience in managing travel expense processes and systems, including policy enforcement and expense reporting • Proven track record implementing process automation and leveraging technology solutions in AP and travel functions • Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally D365 • Familiarity with InforNexus, AP Automation, and Concur is highly preferred • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance and risk management practices around the vendor management and accounts payable function • Experience in developing and monitoring performance through KPI’s and exception management
