📋 Description

• Develop custom Salesforce applications and components (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Visualforce) following best practices. • Contribute to the technical design and implementation of scalable, maintainable platform solutions. • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows. • Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions and participate in Agile planning and estimation. • Optimize and maintain the Salesforce environment through performance tuning, cleanup, and enhancement work. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. • Create and maintain technical documentation for features, configurations, and deployments. • Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices, contributing to team knowledge-sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, etc.). • Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling and custom application development. • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.). • Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with a solid understanding of admin fundamentals (configuration, automation, security, and data management). • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes (change sets, Salesforce CLI, etc.). • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
