📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Salesforce Platform team including the Product Manager, Admin, Developers, and Operations Coordinator—through coaching, clear ownership, growth planning, and effective workload/resource management (including contractors). • Own the Salesforce roadmap and platform strategy, partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities. • Act as a hands-on technical leader, supporting declarative configuration, Apex debugging, flow optimization, integrations, and light to moderate development. • Ensure solution quality and platform governance through code reviews, adherence to security/compliance/performance standards, and consistent patterns for both configuration and code. • Drive effective change management and user enablement, ensuring the team produces documentation, training, and in-app guidance. • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, technical design decisions, and requirement clarification.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin, Developer, Architect, or similar). • 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience. • Demonstrated hands-on Salesforce development ability (Apex, Flow Orchestration, API troubleshooting). • Experience conducting code reviews, solution reviews, and technical design reviews. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Ability to bridge technical and business concepts effectively. • Experience with Agile project methodologies and structured change management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
