• You provide daily support by phone, email and Zoom to e‑commerce entrepreneurs with accounting and bookkeeping issues. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear, friendly communication. • Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions. • Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (familiarity with SMART goals). • Experience using DATEV (required). • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting/bookkeeping industry. • Independent, structured and process-oriented working style. • Open to feedback, comfortable working digitally and in a remote-first environment. • Fluent in German and English.
