• Support data management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. • Compile and analyze program data to inform decision-making, improve performance, and demonstrate outcomes. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal use, funders, and partners. • Support program staff in maintaining data integrity and understanding reporting requirements. • Lead or assist in quality assurance and improvement activities, including developing tools and processes to monitor progress toward goals. • Collaborate with the Administrative Director and program leadership to identify trends, enhance systems, and optimize program effectiveness. • Support teams statewide to learn, access, and utilize Pathways platforms and systems • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in data management, social sciences, public administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. • Experience in data analysis, reporting, grants management, or program evaluation (experience in a nonprofit or human services setting preferred). • Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, HMIS, or similar databases) • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and reports. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
