📋 Description

• Work alongside the Senior Director to plan, execute, and deliver program performance metrics • Work directly with clients to determine key determinants of success and provide recommendations • Translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders • Stay updated on industry trends and apply them to enhance team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 6+ years of experience in a data-driven roles • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Familiarity with statistics • Ability to manage others
