• Guide product team members through complex data landscapes, providing valuable insights that support critical decision-making • Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, app performance, and product features to boost player acquisition, engagement, and retention • Ensure top-tier behavioral data collection by collaborating with analytics developers on tracking implementation and issue resolution • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of key conversion metrics • Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization • Debug data issues and optimize tracking mechanisms to maintain data integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail • Critical thinking mindset with proactive approach and high reliability • Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases • Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4, plus tracking mechanisms and data layers • Experience with data modeling in Dataform and session replay/autotracking platforms is a bonus
