📋 Description

• Guide a team of generative AI engineers across project lifecycles - providing technical oversight, coaching, and support for professional growth. • Translate high-level business goals into a clear roadmap for generative AI initiatives - aligning with Patrianna’s data strategy, ethical AI principles, and platform vision. • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and performant LLM-based systems, including model lifecycle management and integration with enterprise platforms. • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging models, architectures (e.g., RAG, agents), and tooling - and bring those innovations into production. • Work closely with Data, Engineering, Product, and Governance teams to align AI solutions with real-world use cases and technical feasibility. • Ensure your team champions model transparency, fairness, and compliance - and actively contributes to the evolution of our AI governance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. • Expertise in building and deploying generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) using frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI and associated tooling. • Strong understanding of MLOps best practices, API development, and productionizing ML solutions. • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams while collaborating across functions.
