⢠Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field ⢠Proven experience in insurance sales, risk analysis, or related roles ⢠Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Effective communication and negotiation abilities ⢠Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, CIC) are a plus
