📋 Description
• Provide exceptional helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently to meet client needs. • Educate clients about product features and best practices to enhance their experience. • Carefully document all customer interactions for future reference and service enhancement. • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively. • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated. • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach. • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is highly desirable. • A collaborative spirit and capability to work well within a team environment. • Enthusiasm for technology and a strong desire to help clients. • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and fostering positive client relationships!
