📋 Description

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions. • Educate customers about our products and services, ensuring they understand how to maximize their benefits. • Accurately document all customer interactions to maintain quality assurance records. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address recurring customer challenges. • Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of product changes and industry innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong communication skills along with a commitment to customer service excellence. • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferable but not mandatory. • Technical aptitude with the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively. • A team-oriented attitude coupled with a positive approach to collaboration. • A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges in a dynamic work environment. • A genuine passion for creating a welcoming and helpful experience for our customers!
