âą Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. âą Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions. âą Educate customers about our products and services, ensuring they understand how to maximize their benefits. âą Accurately document all customer interactions to maintain quality assurance records. âą Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address recurring customer challenges. âą Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of product changes and industry innovations.
âą Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
