Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a German Speaking Partner Support Consultant based in Greece. • This position not only provides a chance to work in a dynamic environment but also comes with a relocation package to help you transition smoothly to your new role! • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our partners by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive exceptional service in German. • This position emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships and contributing to partner success while working amid Greece's beautiful landscapes. • Provide outstanding support to partners in German via various channels, ensuring a seamless experience. • Identify and troubleshoot partner issues quickly and professionally. • Develop and nurture strong partnerships by understanding and addressing their needs. • Document interactions and help us refine our support processes. • Work with team members to enhance support strategies and partner satisfaction. • Engage in training opportunities to further your expertise in our offerings and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. • Passion for customer support and relationship building. • Previous experience in customer support, consultancy, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation package provided. • Access to reliable internet and a suitable workspace for remote work.
