âą Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. âą Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing efficient and effective resolutions. âą Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them to optimize their use. âą Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain thorough records for quality assurance. âą Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve recurring customer challenges. âą Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product advancements and industry best practices.
âą Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
