• Provide exceptional e-commerce support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online orders, payment processing, and product information. • Guide customers through the e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. • Document interactions and feedback to help improve our services continuously. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and share best practices. • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product offerings and e-commerce trends.
• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Experience in e-commerce support or a related field is preferred but not required. • Technical proficiency with online platforms and troubleshooting capabilities. • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • A positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers.
