📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional helpdesk support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Guide users on product usage and best practices for enhanced efficiency. • Document customer interactions accurately to aid in ongoing service improvement. • Collaborate with team members to build a comprehensive support system. • Participate in training sessions to stay current on product updates and technical knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. • Technical knowledge with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Prior experience in helpdesk or customer support roles is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and tasks efficiently. • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit. • A passion for technology and commitment to continuous improvement!
