📋 Description

• Dutch-speaking individuals to join a customer service team in Bulgaria with a paid relocation package. • You will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, provide solutions, foster positive relationships. • Opportunity to experience Bulgaria while advancing your career. • Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels. • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in all customer interactions. • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction. • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product knowledge and service techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required. • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Able to thrive in a lively, multicultural environment. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. • Proficient with technology and willing to learn new tools. • A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace local culture. • In possession of EU passport.
