• Provide high-quality multilingual support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. • Efficiently resolve customer queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve processes. • Engage in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and service capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A strong enthusiasm for customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction. • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. • Willingness to learn and adapt within a multicultural workplace.
