• Are you fluent in Spanish and eager to assist others? Patrique Mercier Recruitment is on the lookout for a Spanish Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our team! • This role offers you the opportunity to work from home anywhere in Bulgaria while making a positive impact on our clients' experiences. • As a key member of our support team, you will handle customer inquiries and provide helpful solutions, all while building strong relationships with our Spanish-speaking clients. • Your focus on customer satisfaction and ability to resolve issues with ease will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences! • Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Address customer inquiries and effectively troubleshoot issues with patience and professionalism. • Educate clients on our products and services to help them make informed decisions. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts. • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and exceed client expectations. • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in other languages is a bonus. • A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist others. • Experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Comfortable working from home and adaptable to our remote work culture.
