• Join Our Social Media Support Team! • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries. • Enhance customer experience through effective communication. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media. • Document customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate to meet service goals and improve satisfaction. • Participate in ongoing training for social media trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A strong interest in social media and customer engagement. • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in social media, is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive team player who enjoys dynamic work environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a remote or flexible setting.
