• Responsible for the execution and coordination for equipment installation projects • Partner with field teams to support project coordination, dispatch, and customer communication • Serve as the liaison between the local branch and corporate customer for equipment projects • Oversee the sales lifecycle of all assigned Strategic Account equipment sales • Generate estimates, coordinate equipment orders, manage inventory, installation scheduling, invoicing, and quality assurance • Provide accurate customer equipment quotes • Maintain accurate discount pricing matrixes and equipment package configurations • Identify and resolve pending technical service or equipment field issues • Support the sales team by managing equipment and service projects • Follow up with manufacturers on lead times and product availability • Handle customer calls, acquiring necessary information for service requests • Process and follow up on equipment financing documentation
• Associates Degree or higher required • At least 4 years in project coordination, dispatch, or logistics required • Excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Typing and basic computer skills required • Some travel may be required
