📋 Description
• Develop risk mitigation strategies • Perform legal research and extensive due diligence • Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of insurance defense law • Review, modify, and create contracts relating to insurance defense law • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings • Negotiate on behalf of clients • Maintain detailed and accurate client records • Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
🎯 Requirements
• Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam • Active California State Bar license • Previous experience with insurance defense law • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
