• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to identify needs and pain points. • Create personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions. • Analyze product usage data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar) to inform iterations. • Translate insights into low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Iterate quickly, testing designs with stakeholders and users before development. • Deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces. • Define interaction patterns, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance usability. • Ensure consistency across platforms by maintaining component libraries and style guides. • Build and maintain scalable design systems that include typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable components. • Incorporate WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards into all designs. • Partner with product managers to define scope and priorities. • Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, using Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect. • Gather user feedback after launches and measure product performance. • Run A/B tests on UI variations to validate improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional product design experience. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts. • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
