📋 Description

• Formulating cross-functional strategic projects and owning their execution end to end. • Staying close to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting cadence, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives. • Collaborating across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges. • Ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums. • Preparing and disseminating major company communications. • Representing the CEO to the organisation and in key forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in top tier investment banking or consulting firms - and - ideally, a growth stage company, in tech or regulated financial services. • Highly analytical, with a track record of driving outcomes through influence and consensus-building. • Able to execute on multiple high value and complex projects simultaneously. • A self-starter who takes initiative to deliver high impact and unblock complex challenges. • A strong project manager and operator, organised and relentless about streamlining processes. • An excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to constructively challenge those you work with. • Able to travel relatively frequently.
