📋 Description

• Receive, review, and respond promptly to assigned intake referrals • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and support diagnostic formulation under supervision • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with guidance from a Clinical Supervisor • Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy • Maintain an active caseload appropriate to level of experience, with ongoing clinical oversight • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches in collaboration with a supervisor • Support discharge and aftercare planning to ensure continuity of care • Provide case management services and coordinate referrals to external resources when needed • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field • Active and unrestricted provisional license (e.g., LSW, LAC, or equivalent) • Foundational clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions • Interest in developing skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or similar approaches • Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health conditions preferred • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Proficiency with EHR systems • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
