• Lead meaningful discovery conversations to uncover partner goals, challenges, and success measures. • Help partners define clear recovery standards and continuity strategies that make sense for their business. • Shape scalable service offerings that MSPs can confidently sell and deliver. • Bring together internal experts and vendors to create tailored, high-impact solution conversations. • Guide partners from initial interest through to adoption and operational readiness. • Create momentum via webinars, campaigns, and events that generate real opportunities. • Own your pipeline with strong Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and follow-through. • Support long-term partner growth by helping them prove and improve their continuity maturity.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or partner ecosystems. • Naturally curious, ask great questions, and simplify complex ideas into clear business value. • Comfortable connecting technical concepts like backup and recovery to real-world business risk and outcomes. • Handled multi-stakeholder conversations and know how to align different perspectives toward a common goal. • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft 365. • Structured approach to managing opportunities. • Exposure to continuity, disaster recovery, or building scalable service offerings is a bonus.
