🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience with a passion for financial technology and market innovation • Trading Acumen: Understanding of trading operations, market microstructure, and the mechanics of efficient execution • Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, real-time trading systems • Customer-Centric: Experience working with enterprise clients to understand and solve complex operational challenges • Performance-Driven: Use data and analytics to optimize products that operate under strict performance and reliability requirements • Mission-Driven: Excited about democratizing access to financial services and enabling financial inclusion • Bonus Points: • Experience with crypto trading platforms or digital asset infrastructure • Background in institutional trading or brokerage operations • Understanding of market structure and regulatory frameworks
