📋 Description

• Lead the Growth track within R&D • Partner closely with marketing and partnerships teams • Design and run growth experiments • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other PMs • Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks • Translate insights from data and user behavior into actionable product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth • Deep understanding of product-led growth models • Experience working closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams • Strong analytical mindset • Excellent communication skills in English • Experience in fintech is required
