📋 Description

• Recruit and grow Payzli's partner network across agents/ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISV relationships • Own the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and signing • Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline leveraging your existing industry network • Coordinate with the Partner Success team to drive partner activation and long-term performance • Build, hire, and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives • Set individual and team quotas, establish reporting cadences, and drive accountability • Coach and develop team members to consistently hit recruitment and activation targets • Create scalable processes for prospecting, pipeline management, and partner onboarding handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Established experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services • Proven track record recruiting and managing channel partners at scale • Prior experience building or managing a sales team • Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to manage a high-volume, multi-segment book of prospects • Clear, professional communicator — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners • HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency preferred
