📋 Description

• Receive, register and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accurate delivery information • Provide professional customer service via phone and email • Answer customer questions and assist customers • Generate quotes • Manage order-related documents • Support salespeople with various tasks • Update CRM and ERP systems • Update customer data • Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date • Perform other tasks related to customer support • Work closely with the local sales team and support their daily work • Maintain control of the entire process from RFQ to order

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, order administration, or inside sales, or relevant studies for starting a career in this field • Experience from the PCB and/or Electronic industry is an advantage but not a must • Communicative, meticulous and able to thrive in a role with many customer contacts • Professional and solution-oriented way of working • Likes structure, order and satisfied customers • Fluent spoken and written Spanish • Strong written and spoken English skills • Based in either Spain or Portugal
